What areas does iTRINITY cover?
We're based in Johannesburg and support clients nationally across South Africa and internationally — remotely and on-site. Rather than choosing us by location, get in touch and we'll be there.
What are your support hours?
Office hours are Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm. Our support desk is monitored until 9pm each evening, and standby engineers are on call after hours. Proactive system monitoring runs 24/7.
Are you a Microsoft partner? Do you handle Microsoft 365, Azure and Copilot?
Yes — we're a dedicated Microsoft house. We roll out, secure and optimise Microsoft 365, Azure and Copilot, and help businesses get real value from their licensing.
