Fix it properly
We'd rather spend an extra hour finding the root cause than close the same ticket every month. Nobody here is measured on ticket volume.
Own the outcome
No pointing at the ISP, the vendor or the last provider. If the client's problem isn't solved, it's ours until it is.
Learn continuously
Microsoft, security and cloud move fast. We back certifications and lab time — you'll work across M365, Azure, SentinelOne, firewalls and real datacentre kit.
Talk like a human
Our clients aren't technical. Being able to explain a risk plainly matters as much here as knowing the fix.
