Website & Cookie Policy

The terms that apply when you use itrinity.co.za, and how we use cookies.

Last updated: 27 July 2026

Please note: this is a good-faith plain-language policy, not legal advice. Have your legal advisor review it before publication, and make sure it matches the analytics and tracking tools you actually run.

1. Using this website

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use the site.

2. Information on this site

We keep the content on this site accurate and current, but we provide it for general information only. It doesn’t constitute professional or technical advice for your specific environment, and it isn’t an offer or a binding quotation. Before you act on anything here, talk to us so we can advise on your actual situation.

3. Intellectual property

The iTRINITY name, logo, emblem, wordmark, brand elements, site design, text and images are owned by iTRINITY or used under licence. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission. You’re welcome to link to us and to quote short extracts with attribution.

4. Links to other sites

We link to third-party websites (including our sister company Forged, and vendor documentation) where it’s useful. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

5. Availability

We aim to keep this site available and secure, but we don’t warrant uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or from reliance on its general content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here affects the terms of any service agreement we have with you as a client — those terms govern our services.

7. Cookies — what we use

A cookie is a small text file stored on your device. We keep our use minimal and purpose-limited:

  • Strictly necessary — needed for the site to work correctly and securely. These can’t be switched off.
  • Preference — remember choices you make. For example, if you switch off our custom cursor, that preference is stored locally in your browser so the site respects it on your next visit. This never leaves your device and isn’t used to identify you.
  • Analytics — if enabled, these help us understand which pages are useful, in aggregate. We do not use them to build advertising profiles.

We do not use cookies to sell your data or to serve third-party advertising.

8. Managing cookies

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site working as intended. To clear the cursor preference specifically, clear this site’s local storage in your browser, or simply toggle the setting back in the footer.

9. Personal information

How we handle personal information is set out in our POPIA Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
