IT support in Johannesburg South
IT support for businesses in the south of Johannesburg, from City Deep and Booysens to Southgate, Mulbarton and Glenvista, with same-day on-site visits.
Same-day on-site availableHow this works: iTRINITY has one office, in Strubens Valley, Roodepoort. Engineers go out from there across Gauteng, and clients further away are supported remotely first.
Down the N1 from our office
The N1 Western Bypass runs south from our side of town, past Soweto, to the Uncle Charlie’s interchange, where it meets the N12. From there we reach Southgate, Aeroton and Crown Mines, and the N12 carries us east towards Booysens, City Deep, Mulbarton and Glenvista.
Further south, towards Vereeniging and Vanderbijlpark, the N1 keeps going. Those towns are a longer trip, so we do as much as we can remotely before we set out.
Yards, depots and workshops
The south mixes residential suburbs with some of the city’s oldest industrial land. City Deep is a major container and freight hub, and Booysens, Selby, Crown Mines and Aeroton hold workshops, wholesalers and transport companies.
In a depot, IT can be a handful of PCs, a stock or dispatch system, and Wi-Fi that has to reach across a yard. When the connection drops, trucks wait. So the work here is mostly coverage and failover, backups of the systems the day depends on, and hardware that suits the place it’s used in.
What businesses in the south come to us for
What a visit costs
A site visit is a R450 call-out fee (R675 after hours) plus R7.20 per km on the round trip from Strubens Valley. The south is further from Strubens Valley than our west and north, and the kilometres show that. See the full rate card
