Across town from us
We’re on the opposite side of Johannesburg, so this is a longer drive than our western and northern areas. The N1 and the N3 Eastern Bypass take us to Bedfordview, Edenvale and Kempton Park, the R21 runs past OR Tambo, and the N12 carries on through Germiston, Boksburg and Benoni.
That distance is why monitoring matters here. On a managed agreement we’re watching your systems around the clock, so a fault can be picked up and worked on remotely while someone is on the way, if a visit is needed at all.
Factories, warehouses and the airport
Ekurhuleni is one of South Africa’s big manufacturing and logistics regions, built around OR Tambo International Airport and the rail and road links through Germiston. Isando, Spartan, Jet Park, Wadeville and Alrode are full of factories and warehouses.
When a system stops here, it stops trucks, pickers and production as well as email. We plan for that with backups that are tested and a second internet connection that takes over when the first one fails. Engineering and industrial companies are the second-largest group we look after.
